What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior System Validation Engineer position at Staffing Spot, Inc.?
06-12 months CTH
What they'll actually do: Set up test systems for hardware-in-the-loop testing, run tests, interpret results, and flag whether issues are firmware, hardware, or spec-related.
You will work closely with firmware, hardware, and systems engineering teams to build and execute hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test environments, analyze system behavior, and determine whether observed issues stem from hardware, firmware, or system requirements.
This is a practical engineering role that emphasizes problem solving, test execution, and technical analysis over hardware design.
