- Develop enterprise analytics processes and reporting solutions.
- Build and optimize solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including:
- Lakehouse
- Data Warehouse
- Dataflows
- Notebooks
- Data Wrangler
- Integrate AI capabilities into Microsoft-based solutions to improve automation and productivity.
- Lead the scaling and optimization of low-code solutions across enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with HR/workforce teams to develop solutions using workforce data.
- Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT, and Tachyon to enhance business processes.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on low-code development practices.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create documentation and communicate solutions effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Alteryx Platform.
- Experience working with HR/workforce data, especially Workday datasets.
- Prior experience leading development teams or mentoring engineers.
- Banking or financial services experience, preferably with organizations such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, US Bank, or similar enterprises.
- Experience building enterprise-scale automation and analytics solutions.
- Design and develop low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI.
- Automate business workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft CoPilot and related tools.
- Work with HR/workforce data to improve operational processes.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
- Collaborate with business users and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
