Lead Sr. Power Platform Engineer

Mission

Business process management for the health of technology regarding to Client's workforce. The team focuses on creating analytics process and reporting it. The team is working on expanding into AI, specifically CoPilot.

Must Haves

• Proven experience designing and developing low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform - Power BI, CoPilot, Power Apps, AI Builder, Power Automate, etc.
• 10 years of Platfrom Engineering with Microsoft Stack/tools.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows, Notebooks, Data Wrangler, etc.).
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• AI capacity: Integration with Microsoft stack, top preference CoPilot
• Excellent Communication Skills.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Alteryx Platform experience.
• Experience working with HR/workforce data - the data sets they were with are in Workday
• Prior experience leading development teams or mentoring engineers.
• Prior banking background - Wells Fargo, Bank of America, US Bank, etc
• Background in data analytics and automation.
  
  

Day To Day

• Design, develop, and implement low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Lead the scaling and optimization of low-code solutions for enterprise use.
• Mentor and upskill junior developers to support low-code and AI-driven solutions.
• Utilize AI tools such as MS CoPilot, ChatGPT, and Tachyon to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Work with HR and workforce data to develop tailored solutions that improve operational processes
