- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Over 5 years of Information Security Engineering experience.
- Over 2 years of hands-on experience administering enterprise Email Security platforms such as Proofpoint, FireEye/Mandiant, Mimecast, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, or similar.
- Over 2 years of experience supporting Endpoint Security tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne, or Carbon Black.
- Experience investigating phishing attacks, malware, spam, and Business Email Compromise (BEC) incidents.
- Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) technologies.
- Strong understanding of email authentication technologies including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Experience writing scripts using PowerShell or Python.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and incident investigation skills.
