What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Clerk (Excel) position at Staffing Specifix?
We are looking to hire a "Processor - EXCEL" for a large corporation located in Miami Lakes, FL. This position will work inside of their state of the art warehouse, documenting all damaged pieces received by the department. This position is 7:00 am - 4:15 pm, Monday through Friday and (overtime as needed).
SKILLS:
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel - test will be administered
- Able to read and understand both Spanish and English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures precisely
- 1-2 years of working in a warehouse environment
- Data Entry experience
JOB FUNCTIONS - BUT NOT LIMITED TOO:
- Receive and log damaged pieces upon arrival.
- Inspect and classify damages according to established departmental categories
- Update and maintain records in Excel system.
- Prepare and manage outgoing shipments of damaged pieces to external locations.
- Ensure all data and records are entered accurately and kept up to date.
