Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $31 to $36/hour

Experience

• Previous QuickBooks and payroll experience
• Project management and construction office experience
  
  

Education: Certified payroll processing and administration

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Payroll Processor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage certified payroll reporting and compliance requirements.
• Utilize ADP payroll systems for employee payroll administration.
• Track labor hours, project expenses, and job costs.
• Support banking activities and financial recordkeeping.
• Assist with accounts-related administrative functions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain quotes, proposals, contracts, and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate materials procurement and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain organized project files and records.
• Track project costs and assist with estimating functions.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Knowledge of contractor operations and project workflows.
• Experience coordinating materials, schedules, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
