Position: Call Center Agent

Location: Honolulu, HI (Onsite)

Pay: $17– $20/hour

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred.

Education: High School Diploma required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am to 4:30pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Call Center Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Answer and manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Identify the caller's needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Document all call interactions in internal systems.
• Research and resolve complex inquiries using available resources.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• De-escalate challenging calls and ensure resolution.
• Meet performance metrics for call handling and accuracy.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with accuracy.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and customer-focused phone presence.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with composure.
