What You Will Bring
- Strong expertise in designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Epic applications with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience required
- Proven ability to lead system upgrades, troubleshoot interface issues, and manage complex project life cycles required
- Epic Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance Certification (Required).
- Excellent analytical skills to gather requirements, assess workflows, and develop optimized solutions.
- Competence in developing security protocols, testing scripts, and documenting procedures.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement, team mentorship, and training.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and increasing demands.
- Must hold current Epic Application Certification.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations, including 24/7 availability as needed.
- Ability to develop comprehensive documentation, policies, and training materials.
- Prior experience with project management frameworks and change management strategies.
