Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our township office. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for residents and visitors. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities for the Front Desk Administrative Assistant include:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Greet residents and visitors, providing assistance and information as needed
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and other general office duties
Generate letters and correspondence as directed
Assist residents by answering basic questions and providing accurate information
Collect cash and checks for permits and sewer bills and forward payments to the processing employee
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for the township

Qualifications for the Front Desk Administrative Assistant include:
