Job Requirements
a. Minimum Education Requirement :
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
b. Minimum Experience Requirement :
Minimum of one year experience with a multi-line telephone system. Customer service skills are required for responding appropriately to patients, families, physicians, and agency staff. Ability to transcribe and relay accurate messages on a timely
basis. Knowledge of grammar usage, punctuation, and style. Computer skills required. Clinic experience preferred. Medical
terminology preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.
