Location: Auburn Hills, MI (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $47,000–$48,000 annually

In this fast-paced role, you'll recruit top talent, build relationships with candidates and clients, and help local businesses meet their hiring needs. What You'll Do

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates for light industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, and professional positions.
• Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Match qualified candidates to open client positions.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct follow-up calls with candidates and associates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Partner with the sales team to support client hiring needs.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous staffing industry experience.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, or light industrial positions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
