locations, is seeking a licensed Hearing
Instrument Specialist to join their Frisco, TX clinic. (Audiologists with strong hearing aid experience may also be
considered.)
Position Overview:
The Hearing Instrument Specialist will focus on delivering
personalized hearing-aid solutions through patient consultations, device
selection, fittings, and follow-up care.
This role emphasizes building long-term patient
relationships, guiding patients through their hearing healthcare journey, and
achieving successful outcomes with hearing technology. In addition to patient
care, the position includes participating in local community outreach and
relationship-building to support hearing health education and clinic
visibility.
As the clinic continues to grow, this role offers the
opportunity for expanded responsibilities and professional growth aligned with
the needs of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing evaluations and in-office
consultations for adult patients
- Recommend hearing aid solutions aligned with
patient goals, lifestyle, and communication needs
- Fit, program, verify, and adjust hearing aids
using best-practice protocols
- Provide counseling, troubleshooting, and ongoing
follow-up care to support long-term outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and
clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and team
members to support continuity of care
- Participate in local community outreach efforts,
including educational events, screenings, and referral relationship-building
- Represent the clinic professionally at community
events to promote hearing health awareness
Requirements
- Active Texas Hearing Instrument
Specialist license
- Experience with hearing aid
consultations, fittings, and follow-up care
- Strong patient communication and
relationship-building skills
- Ethical, patient-centered approach
to hearing care
- Comfortable working independently
while collaborating with leadership
Compensation & Benefits
