Hearing Center is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their
Peoria location, providing comprehensive hearing evaluations, personalized
treatment planning, and follow-up care. The ideal Hearing Instrument

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hearing screenings and comprehensive
audiometric evaluations
- Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using Real Ear
Measurements and best-practice protocols
- Counsel patients and families on hearing aid use,
maintenance, and expectations
- Provide follow-up adjustments, cleanings, and repairs
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with audiologists and the broader clinical
team to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted Arizona state license as a
Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hearing aid
dispensing (preferred)
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Passion for patient education and relationship
building
- Commitment to providing best-practice hearing care and
ongoing professional growth
