Position
Overview:
Happy Ears
Hearing Center is seeking an Audiologist to join their Peoria location,
serving a primarily adult patient base through diagnostics, hearing aid
fittings, and rehabilitative care.
The Audiologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings,
verification, and follow-up care. The practice places a strong emphasis on
audiology best practices and provides the tools, training, and team support to
help each provider deliver care at the highest standard.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations.
- Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using Real Ear
Measurements
- Provide tinnitus and aural rehabilitation services
- Conduct vestibular and cochlear implant assessments as
needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure
continuity of care
- Educate and counsel patients and families on hearing
aid use and hearing health
Requirements:
- AuD or Master’s degree in Audiology
- Current and unrestricted Arizona state license (or
eligibility)
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Commitment to audiology best practices and
patient-first care
- Openness to learning new procedures (VEMP, CI, BAHA,
tinnitus, etc.)
