Event & Fundraising Coordinator

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, is seeking a highly skilled Event & Fundraising Coordinator. This role plays a vital part in ensuring every aspect of the event runs seamlessly, creating an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

Principal Duties:

• Plan and organize events from conception to completion, guaranteeing a smooth execution.
• Oversee event setup, on-site operations, and teardown, ensuring everything goes according to plan.
• Handle post-event tasks such as attendee feedback, reporting, and billing, maintaining accurate records.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and suggest innovative ideas for memorable events.
• Ensure all events comply with health, safety, legal, and insurance regulations, providing a secure environment for attendees.
• Coordinate volunteers' schedules and evaluate event performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist with managing donor databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping of contributions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement campaign and event promotion strategies.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination, with a proven track record of success.
• Proficiency in software platforms used for fundraising, such as Raiser's Edge or Salesforce.
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office.
