Position: Customer Service Parts Order Lead

Schedule: M-F, 7am-330pm
Pay: $25–$28/hour
Full time -Temp Contract
Job duties
• Answer incoming calls, including parts identification, availability inquiries, and processing parts orders, service requests, and warranty claims.
• Provide parts order status, lead times, estimated shipping dates, shipping costs, tracking information, and invoice copies.
• Process phone and online orders by collecting payment information, entering orders, and generating packing slips, UPS tracking, and invoices.
• Manage online orders, including customer registration, parts order assistance, pricing updates, and order confirmations.
• Monitor email for parts orders, identification requests, customer questions, service and warranty issues, claim status inquiries, manuals, sales department orders, and other miscellaneous requests.
• Communicate with purchasing regarding back-ordered parts, delays, parts identification, and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Education/ work exp
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
• High level of computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Capable of working independently and completing assignments within established procedures and standard practices
Work setting
• Temperature controlled environment indoors; office setting
• General office noise levels
• Sitting 90 %
• Standing 5%/ Walking 5 %
• Vision – The ability to see details at close range within a few feet of the observer
• Ability to work a standard 40-hour work week, but overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines or quotas
