Onsite Recruiter

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Onsite Recruiter to join our team. This position will support daily recruiting and staffing operations at various client locations throughout the DFW area. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct employee check-ins and assist with daily staffing needs
• Track attendance, call-ins, tardiness, and employee updates
• Maintain accurate employee and applicant records
• Communicate with employees regarding schedules, assignments, and workplace expectations
• Work closely with client supervisors and management to address staffing needs
• Assist with new hire orientations and first-day check-ins
• Help address employee questions and concerns professionally
• Provide regular updates regarding attendance, performance, and staffing needs
• Travel to different client locations throughout the DFW area as needed
• Support additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be willing and able to travel throughout the DFW area as needed
• Dependable attendance and flexibility with work locations
• Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED
• Staffing agency or warehouse recruiting experience is a plus
