Pre-Sale Manager
Full-Time | Dr. Phillips, Orlando | Base Commission
Staffing Fitness is partnering with a high-energy group fitness concept to hire a driven Pre-Sale Manager for their brand-new studio opening in Dr. Phillips, Orlando. This role is responsible for signing up founding members before doors open. If you thrive in boots-on-the-ground, community-building sales — this is your opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Execute a minimum of 6 tabling events per week at farmers markets, 5Ks, local businesses, and community events
- Develop partnerships with 150 local businesses for cross-promotion and recurring tabling opportunities
- Follow up with every lead within 2–3 hours via call, text, and email
- Engage daily on social media to grow local awareness and spotlight community partners
- Track all leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM with precision and consistency
What We're Looking For
- 2 years in outside sales, field marketing, or grassroots community outreach
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and self-starter energy
- Reliable transportation; willing to be in the field Monday–Saturday
- Genuine passion for fitness, health, and community engagement
Details
- Schedule: Tuesday–Sunday, 8–9 hours/day (18 weeks, pre-sale through grand opening)
- Compensation: Base salary commission
