Night shift Assemblers needed for established manufacturing company recruiting from Wooster/Massillon/Navarre area. $19.50 per hour to start with OT available! Monday – Thursday 8:30pm-6:30am. APPLY NOW all assemblers looking for night shift!

Temp to perm position with full-time benefits for successful candidates. This is a highly-skilled assembler role using pneumatic/hand tools to assemble product per company and customer specifications. Must understand associated parts, such as beams, air springs, axles, hubs and frame brackets and their relationship to the end product. Must be able to facilitate all aspects of the assembly process.

High School Diploma/GED required. Prior production assembly experience 1-2 years preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assemble, package and paint components for semi-trailer suspension systems.

· Accurately report daily activities on work orders and Kan Ban cards and other media as required. Conduct required quality checks using basic measurement equipment.

· Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.

· Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.

· Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications

· Ability to work overtime, as production demands require (OT AVAILABLE!)

· Must be able to utilize torque wrenches according to specs

· Background check required

· Must follow all safety practices and policies

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· Constant standing, walking, reaching, balancing, cervical spine motion in lower extremities and simple grasp

· Frequent use of firm grasping, fine manipulation and pitching

· Frequent forward bending, squatting, kneeling and climbing

· LIFTING AND CARRYING UP TO 50LBS

· Work performed in non-temperature controlled manufacturing facility

· Must wear eye, ear and foot protection

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

· High School Diploma/GED required.

· Prior production assembly preferred.
