- Enter and update product SKUs, pricing, inventory counts, and customer orders across spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Build and maintain Excel templates, pivot tables, and basic dashboards for sales reporting.
- Some customer service duties.
- Perform routine QA checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- 1–2 years of data entry or operations support; experience in wholesale, distribution, or textiles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Clear communication and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, business hours.
