We are seeking a 1st Shift Assistant Team Lead. The right candidate must have prior experience and have the ability to work overtime.
Location: Phillipsburg, NJ
Salary: Hourly $19
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm (Must be able to work weekends)
Job Description
- Oversee associates on the warehouse floor throughout the shift.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed by associates.
- Ensure daily production goals are met
- Training and coach warehouse associates
- Support supervisors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse leadership role
- Bilingual English-Spanish a must!
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends
