This firm is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on financial leader to join their collaborative team in Lutherville, Maryland and play a key role in their continued growth and success.

As a trusted advisor to the Managing Partners, the Director of Finance/Controller will have a seat at the table and a direct impact on the firm's future. This highly visible role combines strategic leadership with operational responsibility, including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and business analysis, while overseeing critical day-to-day financial operations. Requirements

Key areas of responsibility include: 

• Strategic financial planning and business advisory

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Multi-entity accounting and financial reporting

• Accounts payable and company disbursements

• Payroll and commission administration

• Cash flow and treasury management

• 401(k) financial administration and reconciliation

• HSA and employee benefits financial administration

• Financial controls and process improvement
