Do you have an EYE for detail? We are actively looking for Team Leads and entry-level Visual Inspectors to join our growing sort of automotive parts located in Connersville, IN.

Shifts available:

• 1st Shift 6:00am-2:00pm; Overtime till 4:00pm
• 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:00pm-Overtime till 12:00am
• 3rd Shift 10:00pm-6:00am-Overtime till 8:00am

Positions are Permanent ranging from $11.00-$13.50/hr pending position & 90-day review!!

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Proven track record of leadership for Team Lead opportunities 
• High school diploma / G.E.D.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs. consistently
• Valid Driver's license (Some travel)
• Steel-Toe boots
• 20/20 vision (with or without glasses)

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Visual inspect any and all automotive parts from the Big 3 American automotive companies.
• Communicate to Department Supervisor any issues that are brought up by customer’s/location contacts, as well as employee/staffing associate issues including time off and or requests for time off.
• Communicates professionally with customers; follows up with customer’s/location contacts as needed to ensure they are satisfied with quality of work and to maintain a positive relationship.
• Ensure all paperwork related to the sort is filled out correctly and fully including a training sheet filled out for any sort performed and initialed by appropriate on site contact.
