Order Picker General Description:
The order picker picks orders of frozen pizza and ice cream in a cold storage distribution center. They ride on a tugger and build orders by using a headset. Once the order is complete, they drive out on the dock and use the automatic pallet wrapper before heading back in for their next order. Safety, order accuracy, and productivity are top priorities.
Order Picker Responsibilities:
· Pick orders using an electric pallet jack and headset
· Ensure orders are accurate
· Safety is top priority
Order Picker Qualifications:
· Previous experience in warehouse preferred
· Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver's license/reliable transportation
Order Picker Job Description:
· Cold storage facility, -20 degrees in warehouse and 0 degrees on dock. All PPE is provided.
