Staffinders, Inc., is hiring for 33 Immediate Openings within the Cleveland and Mentor area for PCC Airfoils! PCC specializes in airfoil castings for aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines. All positions are full-time and permanent opportunities!

Shift Times:
1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am AM Swing Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm PM Swing Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am *shift times vary pending overtime needs, location and position.
*Qualified applicants should be open to working on any shift*

Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED (Mentor/Painesville Plant Only)
· Flexibility to work any shift (All Facilities)
· Availability for weekends and overtime if needed (All Facilities)
· Prefer AT LEAST 1 year of Manufacturing experience (within the last year)
· Reliable transportation (Mentor/Painesville Plant Only)
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Preferred Skills:
· Prior experience within the Aerospace Industry
· Heat Treating or Injection experience
· Non-Destructive testing
· Tow Motor/Forklift training
· Skilled Machine Operation (i.e. CNC or CMM)
· Blueprint or Schematic reading
· Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, analytical and shop math skills, as well as working knowledge of MS Excel or other computer based programs.

Hourly wage is between $12.00 to $13.50 an hour to start, depending on the shift and position.
