What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Staffinders Inc?
We are looking for individuals who are familiar with the manufacturing environment to join our team in these Manufacturing Machine Operator positions!
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate various sheet metal machinery to produce various metal products and components from raw materials
- Utilize various types of measuring devices to produce products and components
- Utilize current software system to log in and out of Job Orders
- Maintain a clean work area
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications for Machine Operator Positions:
- Experience with Hand Tools, Power Tools, and/or Mechanics
- Experience with machinery such as shears, press brakes, laser, punch press, CNC are ideal
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Attention to Detail
- Diploma / GED
- Excellent Attitude and Work Ethic
- Able to Pass a Drug Test and a Background Check
- Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver’s License
