What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Labor position at Staffinders Inc?
GENERAL LABOR/CARPENTER – East Cleveland
Company based in East Cleveland is currently hiring for multiple general labor/carpenters! These positions just became available and we are seeking qualified individuals to join our team!
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Assembling of product
- Measure product dimensions accurately and continually
- Sort incoming materials
- Attach appropriate labels and tags to material
- Safely use hand tool equipment (saws, drills, nail guns, tape measure, etc)
- Operate shop hoists
- Place finished goods in designated area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to use safety toolds
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Must be able to read and understand manuals
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be reliable and follow company's attendance policy
- Attention to detail
- Good dexterity
Shift:
- Monday - Friday. 6:30am-3:00pm. (OT mandatory)
Pay:
- $9-10 (increases based on performance, attitude, and attendance)
Salary : $9 - $10
