What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections position at Staffinders Inc?
We are in need of multiple Collections/Account Representatives to fill our Full-Time and permanent openings in the Fairlawn area. We are seeking hard-working individuals who have a background with customer service, call centers or collections. Candidates must have an open availability.
Shift would be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm but open availability is a MUST!
Compensation would be starting at $11.00/hr
Job Duties would include but not limited to the following:
- Contact delinquent customers by phone in order to secure payment arrangements
- Responsible for collecting on 30 to 60 day delinquent accounts.
- Making outbound calls to collect on past due accounts.
- Taking inbound calls, helping customers with account and merchandise issues.
- Resolve customer issues that may be preventing the customer from paying. Including but not limited to store, merchandise and credit issues
- Achieve and exceed production standards (balances moved, cash collected, and cycle goals)
- Adhere to Federal and State collections and compliance regulations
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
Job Requirements would include but not limited to the following:
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
- Enjoy assisting customers who are experiencing financial challenges
- Have great verbal communication skills and a professional attitude
- Promote positive customer relations and provide quality customer service
- Are available to work a combination of day, evening and weekend work schedules
- Have good PC skills
- Must Pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Screen
- Must Have Own Transportation to and from Work
