Job Description:
- Administering medication
- Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Collecting specimen samples when needed
- Taking an active part in patient care planning
- Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants and training
- Preparing patients for transfers or discharge
- Assisting in medical procedures
- Managing emergency medical situations
Qualifications:
- Current and active license to practice as an LPN in the state of OR.
- LPN Clinical Assessment.
- Care Plan Education and development.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
- Computer Technology.
- Decision making and analytical skills.
- Written and oral communication.
- Must pass criminal background check.
Pay: $35-42/hr
Location: Grants Pass, Medford, OR
