About the Role- The Assistant CFO will oversee the Accounting, HR, and Customer Service departments along with their supervisors. This individual will serve as a key member of the management team, partnering closely with leadership to support all operational and strategic decisions.
Essential Job Functions
- Partner with management on all aspects of the business and participate in high-level planning and decision-making.
- Oversee Accounting, HR, and Customer Service functions, ensuring department efficiency and accuracy.
- Administer all employee benefits, including medical and retirement plans.
- Manage key administrative areas such as budgets, audits, cash flow, month-end close, and inventory processes.
- Provide leadership, stability, and guidance to department supervisors and staff.
- Prepare to assume full CFO responsibilities within 1–2 years.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of accounting experience
- Accounting degree required
- Supervisory/management experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated job stability throughout career
- Public accounting experience preferred
- CPA preferred
