We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Highway/Transportation to join a widely respected and diverse Civil/Facilities Division. With an industry leader, who fosters a people-centric culture, values innovation, and encourages collaboration.
What you would be doing: (Responsibilities)
- Developing new and existing client relations and managing engineering projects in the public and private sector.
- Leading a multidisciplinary team of dedicated professionals.
- Involvement in Permitting, Design, and Construction Administration of Transportation Improvement Projects for state, municipal, and institutional clients.
Who you are: (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of progressively more responsible experience, including business development responsibilities.
- New York Professional Engineer License required.
- Experience with the development and management of transportation engineering projects, including design specifications and plan preparation guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent track record of financial success delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Public presentation experience.
- Experience obtaining Federal, State, and Local regulatory approvals and permits.
- Ability to foster business development relationships.
