We are currently seeking an Assistant Civil Engineer to join a widely respected and diverse Civil/Facilities Division. With an industry leader, who fosters a people-centric culture, values innovation, and encourages collaboration.
What you would be doing: (Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, contributing expertise to a diverse array of projects including project plans and design drawings, grading and drainage design, pavement design, utilities, stormwater design, quantities, specifications, and contract documents.
- This entry-level position will require some fieldwork travel.
Who you are: (Qualifications)
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Engineering Intern (E.I.) Certification preferred.
- 0-5 years' experience in progressive civil infrastructure design preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Hydraulic Design, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team, develop and maintain client relations, meet project demands, and schedules.
