Medical Laboratory Technologist

We are seeking a fast, accurate, and motivated Medical Technologist- MT or MLT to join our high-volume, fast-paced clinic. Key Responsibilities

• Perform Tests: Execute low-to-high complexity routine and specialized laboratory tests.
• Process Samples: Collect, log, and prepare blood, tissue, and fluid samples efficiently.
• Ensure Quality: Run daily quality controls and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Analyze Data: Review and verify test results for accuracy before entering them into the LIS.
• Maintain Speed: Maintain high throughput while strictly adhering to safety and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions or specimen errors quickly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related science.
• Certification: ASCP, AMT, or equivalent MLT certification required.
• Speed & Accuracy: Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads without compromising quality.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and automated analyzers.
