System Administrator (Junior-Level)
Full-Time | On-Site | TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph Required
We are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator with at least 5 years of systems administration experience and a technical bachelor’s degree to support operations in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities
- Support the troubleshooting, maintenance, and daily operation of IT systems and infrastructure
- Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support to end users and internal stakeholders
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues
- Perform user account management activities, including provisioning, access control, and account maintenance
- Conduct vulnerability scans using approved security and compliance tools
- Install and implement security patches and updates to maintain compliance with system security standards
- Assist with system monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization activities
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of systems administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (additional experience may be substituted where applicable)
- IAT Level II certification or equivalent certification meeting federal cybersecurity requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
