A highly skilled Signals Analyst (Level 3) is sought to support mission-critical operations. This position requires expertise in Technical ELINT (TechELINT) and involves shift work in support of 24/7 operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced signals analysis, with a focus on TechELINT (Technical Electronic Intelligence).

Analyze complex signal data to identify characteristics and behaviors of various signal types.

Support mission operations through the identification, collection, and reporting of signal intelligence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a high-ops-tempo environment.

Participate in rotating shift work, ensuring 24/7 coverage.
Compensation:
-
Annual Salary Range: $135,000 – $160,000 (USD)

Compensation will be based on experience, education, geographic location, and technical skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Experience (one of the following combinations):
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a related technical field plus 8 years of relevant experience

Associate’s degree plus 10 years of relevant experience

High school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience

Master’s or Doctoral degrees may substitute for a portion of required experience.
A broader range of degrees may be accepted if the candidate has completed a relevant signals analysis training program.
Required Skills:

Demonstrated experience in TechELINT is required

Strong background in signals analysis, including collection, processing, and reporting

Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment

Excellent problem-solving skills and technical communication abilities
Security Clearance:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this role.
