Network Engineer –TS/SCI with POLY

Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly
Experience: 12 years | BS Degree Required | Cisco CCNP Preferred
Salary: $140k- $190k
We are seeking a Network Engineer to support a high-impact mission with a defense client conducting vulnerability assessments on Major Weapons Systems. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who thrives in secure, performance-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure, optimize, and maintain network hubs, routers, and switches

Develop and implement network backup and disaster recovery procedures

Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues

Maintain and monitor network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security

Patch network vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security protocols

Install and configure secure network environments for vulnerability assessment teams under the Weapons CSE organization
Qualifications:
-
12 years of network engineering experience

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (required)

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred

Strong experience supporting secure, classified environments

Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
