Junior Researcher / System Administrator

We are seeking a Junior Researcher / System Administrator to provide technical research, documentation, and IT support. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in data analysis and IT system administration who is eager to grow their skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection, validation, cleansing, and structural analysis.

• Prepare research documentation, technical reports, and findings.

• Assist in system design, documentation, and administration.

• Support IT systems, ticketing tools, and Tier 1/2 troubleshooting.

• Provide support for end-user requests, hardware/software issues, and escalations.

Qualifications

• With Technical BS: 1 years of experience

• Strong analytical, organizational, and IT system management skills.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and general IT troubleshooting.
