💰 Pay: $16 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
🕓 Schedule: First Shift | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
⚡ Compensation: Double Time for On-Call Hours

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while collaborating with supervisors, customers, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair on heating, cooling, and piping systems.

• Assemble, measure, cut, and install ductwork, wiring, and fittings using hand and power tools.

• Conduct minor electrical and plumbing maintenance in accordance with HVAC codes and specifications.

• Maintain detailed and accurate service and maintenance records.

• Ensure all work meets state codes, safety standards, and company policies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Support HVAC construction work, including layout, demolition, and system installation.

• Coordinate with other trades and assist in project planning as needed.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Capable of working independently and with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in various environments, including at heights and on ladders.

• Able to estimate materials and plan work efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential, commercial, or industrial).

• HVAC certification or technical training (preferred but not required).

Requirements

• Valid Michigan Driver’s License (required).

• Authorization to work in the United States (required).

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).

• Must be able to pass a background check.
