They are seeking a Plant Operator to support daily onsite operations and wastewater management activities.

- Operate safely in all aspects of the role while adhering to company and regulatory standards
- Monitor, record, and verify field readings on process equipment, ensuring accuracy with control room data
- Adjust processes as directed by the Facility Manager or Supervisor to maintain optimal performance
- Perform bulk tank transfers and support overall material handling within the facility
- Maintain detailed and accurate process logbooks, documenting activities, adjustments, and any variances or equipment issues
- Complete and update safety, equipment, and operational logs to track conditions and performance
- Calculate process yields and assist in optimizing operational efficiency
- Support utility operations, including boilers, cooling towers, and compressors, through routine inspections
- Prepare equipment for maintenance by following proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Assist with work permitting processes, including hot/cold work preparation and atmospheric testing
- Ensure clear and effective shift handoff communication with incoming team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
- Follow all company policies, including environmental, safety, HR, and operational standards
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training preferred
- 2 years of related work experience, preferably in an industrial or chemical processing environment
- Strong understanding of safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Ability to read, interpret, and accurately record equipment and process data
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Experience working with utilities such as boilers, cooling towers, and compressors is a plus
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively relay information during shift handoffs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to follow directions while also working independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- Education, certifications, licenses, or industry designations relevant to the role are a plus
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- $24.00 - $28.00/hr
- 24/5 operation running continuously from Sunday at 5:00 PM through Friday at 5:00 PM
