What You Will Be Doing:

- Oversee employee benefits and retirement programs, ensuring compliance and support
- Assist in accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with finance
- Serve as the primary contact for recruitment, managing sourcing, interviews, and hiring/onboarding
- Support the rollout of a new HRIS system down the line
- Partner with managers on performance management and leadership development
What We Need From You- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years in an HR and/or Payroll & Benefits Specialist role
- Hands-on experience supporting payroll and benefits administration
- Experience facilitating internal talent acquisition and onboarding processes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite
