JOB TITLE: Digital Supply Chain Business Activator

LOCATION: Minnesota (Remote)

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Central Time

CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 months

PAY RATE: $33.33–$66.66/hr (W2)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are accelerating its Digital Transformation across the Supply Chain. The vision for Supply Chain Intelligent Execution (IE) is to integrate people, processes, and technology with real-time information to enable faster sensing of risks/opportunities and more informed end-to-end decision-making.

The Digital Supply Chain Business Activator works closely with Digital & Technology teams to enhance data visibility and support Business Performance Management (BPM) processes. This role acts as the voice of the product, ensuring new digital capabilities are effectively activated, adopted, and integrated into daily supply chain operations. The Business Activator serves as the champion for end users, gathers user insights, and partners with the Product Owner to prioritize improvements and enhance capability value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Change Management & Activation:

• Lead the change management plan, communications, and activation strategy for BPM processes and tools.
• Drive adoption of digital capabilities across global supply chain teams.

User Engagement & Support:

• Intake, triage, and track enhancement requests and issues from users.
• Follow up with technical teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead end-user education, including onboarding, tool training, and support sessions.

Product Owner & Agile Support:

• Support the Product Owner in identifying, engaging, and gaining access to key end users.
• Help clarify business requirements and contribute to prioritization of enhancements.
• Coordinate and facilitate sprint sponsor demos and user feedback sessions.

Learning & Documentation:

• Update learning and development (L&D) materials to reflect new features and changes.
• Ensure training resources are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with process needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in supply chain, change management, or digital product rollouts.
• Strong active listening and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to quickly build trust across global, virtual teams.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Strong digital mindset with comfort navigating modern supply chain tools.
