About the Role
Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Equipment Branch Manager to lead operations at our Leesburg, FL location. What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team delivering respiratory and DME services to patients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.
- Manage inventory, billing documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Track performance metrics including revenue, expenses, and service delivery.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all patient-related documentation.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on strategic goals.
- May occasionally assist with patient deliveries or on-call coverage as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in healthcare operations or management (respiratory therapy or DME preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of insurance reimbursement, billing, and healthcare compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for travel).
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Florida-specific requirement:
- Two years of experience in business management or a college degree in business or a healthcare-related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Four or more years of experience in HME, home health, or healthcare operations.
- Familiarity with medical billing and insurance reimbursement.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare compliance standards.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Physical Requirements

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
