About the Role
Rotech Healthcare is seeking a motivated and professional Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for either:
- Experienced sales professionals with a background in medical, respiratory, or durable medical equipment sales, or
- Entry-level candidates who are enthusiastic, coachable, and interested in starting a career in healthcare sales.
You will be responsible for building relationships with referral sources in the local medical community, promoting our products and services, and driving territory growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person sales visits within an assigned territory (about a 1–2 hour radius of Mountain Home, AR)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other referral sources
- Educate clients on Rotech’s respiratory equipment, home medical equipment, and services
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow company processes
QualificationsRequired:
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass applicable background checks and screenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, email platforms, and basic office equipment
Preferred (not required):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in medical, respiratory, DME, home health, wound care, or healthcare-related sales
- Previous leadership experience in any field
Compensation & Benefits
Entry-Level Candidates:
- Approx. $45,000 base salary uncapped commission
Experienced Sales Candidates:
- Up to $50,000 base salary (depending on experience) uncapped commission
