You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, building lasting relationships, and provide staffing solutions that help businesses thrive. Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and challengesConduct outbound prospecting through calls, visits,networking, and social media outreach. Present our clients services and value proposition to decision-makers and HR ProfessionalsCollaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
