Now, were looking for an Office Manager to help power our Salt Lake City branch.

What Youll Be Doing

Think of yourself as the operational heartbeat of the branch. Youll work side-by-side with the Branch Manager, Sales team, clients, and workforce to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

Your day might include:

• Supporting early morning dispatch to get crews out the door and onto job sites
• Managing credit, collections, and client accounts
• Processing payroll to ensure our workforce is paid accurately and on time
• Handling invoicing and billing
• Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new workers
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
• Processing new client credit applications
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep the branch moving forward

What Were Looking For

• Self-starter who can run with things without constant direction
• Strong communicator who can handle clients and workforce professionally
• Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• High school diploma required
• Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule and occasional holidays
