The Office Assistant, effectively and efficiently, assists the Branch Manager and Office Manager with all aspects of operations inside the branch. Our ideal candidate would be self-motivated and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities as Office Assistant:
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and create work tickets
- Assist Office Manager with payroll and credit and collections
- Help with the weekly invoicing process
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including taking applications at branch
- Any other tasks set by management
Upon hire you will enjoy:
- Hourly rate: $18.00/hour. Weekly hours: 20-25
- Schedule: 2:00pm - Closing, and a rotating every third Saturday shift.

Job Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays as required
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work independently
