Staff-Up is seeking a Quality Assurance Tech for a Durable Medical Equipment Warehouse in Fort Worth, TX 76117 !
Pay: $25HR
Hours: 8AM - 5PM Monday to Friday Overtime
Job Description:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Learning how to set up and perform basic inspections, demonstrating the ability to interpret instructions, drawings, sketches and specifications for inspections
- Test, sample, inspect, and troubleshoot components, electronic devices, accessories, and/or raw materials
- Ensure inspected components meet pre-determined standards and specifications
- Determine approval or rejection/escalation status on components and/or raw materials
- Utilize measuring and quality inspection devices and tools
- Examine workmanship, proper installation, binding and alignment
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, and record defects as needed
- Primary responsibility for final acceptance inspection and testing of finished goods and related documentation and quality data entry
- Final inspection of finished goods kits, including accessories and applicable product labeling
- Ensure that production schedules and output meet customer requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Quality Manager
Education & Experience requirements:
- Associate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2 years relevant manufacturing quality experience
- Minimum 3 yrs related experience
- Background in medical device or highly regulated industry required; preferred knowledge of ISO 13485
- Preferred knowledge of the following software packages: Oracle R12, Agile PLM.
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Medical device quality/regulatory industry experience desired (medical devices, pharmaceutical or biotech)Physical Requirements:

- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move medical devices weighing up to 30 lbs
- Certifications, Skills, Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word.W
- Working knowledge of US and International quality system regulations.
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication-skills (written and verbal) required.
