Staff Today is seeking a LPN / LVN Correctional for a local contract job in Waupun, Wisconsin.

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Licensed Professional Nurse to work at a Facility in Waupun, Wisconsin. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $42 / hour
*W2
Shifts Available:
- 6AM - 2:30PM, 5x8 hours shift weekly
- 1PM - 9:30PM, 5x8 hrs shift weekly
Job Responsibilities:
- Main duties: med pass, assisting with admissions and other standard nursing LPN duties.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients
- Administer prescribed medications to patients
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Must have up to date credentials in the state of Wisconsin
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) or Red Cross
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
