Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates.
- Coordinate schedules and staffing assignments.
- Manage attendance, callouts, and last-minute replacements.
- Communicate with field employees and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate employee and compliance records.
Requirements
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- 1–2 years of recruiting, staffing, or workforce coordination experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
