Warehouse Associate - Standup Forklift - Customer Service

Hiring a Warehouse Associate - Standup Forklift - Customer Service to support an HVAC Manufacturing Organization that is the leader in climate control products. This is a warehouse heavy position but will need to have some customer service skills that will assist customers as they come into the store and look up parts etc.

***Stand Up Forklift Required

PAY RATE: 21.00 hour
HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm (M-F)
LOCATION: Wilmington, MA 01887

DUTIES:

• Under general supervision, performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.
• Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
• Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used. Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
• Routes materials, supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Completes written and computerized documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Drug Test
• Background Check
• Stand Up Forklift - Required
• Counter Sales or Customer Service experience
• Computer skills to look up parts for customers and customer orders
• Shipping and Receiving experience
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good computer skills required: Microsoft applications.
• General HVAC knowledge
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
